About Me

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over nine years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. I consider it a profound privilege to do this work—being trusted with a person’s most vulnerable truths and walking alongside them on their journey of healing, growth, and transformation.

I am deeply passionate about hearing people’s stories and helping them make sense of the challenges that affect their relationships and daily lives. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I provide a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can feel safe to be your most authentic self.

In our work together, I will listen with care and intention, offering personalized insights and strategies tailored to your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re navigating stress, relational struggles, or life transitions, my aim is to help you harness your strengths, move through obstacles, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My Specialty

I specialize in treating ADHD (in both adults and children), depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, relationship and family issues, premarital counseling, life transitions, and school-related challenges. I have a particular interest in working with interracial couples and navigating the unique dynamics they may face.

My therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual, honoring what makes you uniquely you. I often explore how past experiences shape present-day patterns, with a focus on relationships and attachment. These early bonds can deeply influence our behaviors—sometimes in ways we don’t fully recognize. Together, we’ll work to uncover those patterns, understand their roots, and develop healthier, more effective ways of relating to yourself and others.

Working with you

I look forward to meeting you and learning about your story—what you’ve been through, what matters most to you, and what you hope to change. Together, we’ll clarify meaningful goals and take steps toward the life you want to build. In our work, I offer a safe, supportive space grounded in empathy, respect, and trust. You can expect a balance of warmth and honesty: compassionate listening paired with thoughtful guidance, timely feedback, and gentle encouragement. It’s an honor to support you in making lasting, positive changes.
